We are happy to announce that Organic Touch will now be hosting all Yoga Classes at 4M Fitness in Indian Trail!

​4M Fitness offers a state of the art facility for our yoga therapy program.  The large private space includes 1" thick shock absorption Zebra Mat Flooring.  Access to Men and Women's locker rooms, each including their own digital code lockers to safely store personal items, multiple shower stalls and a steam room. ​

Classes are $15 for 1 hour yoga therapy. Please reserve your spot through the link below.  Same day no shows or cancellations will not receive refunds.

Full-body stretching and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.  Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The instructor will suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All experience levels welcome.



A gentle class, flowing from pose to pose and linking movement with the breath to help restore flexibility and range of motion. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, mindfulness, and ease of movement. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications, allowing you to safely move into the poses, and aiding the focus on therapeutic alignment. All experience levels welcome.

Meet the Instructor

Natalie began her yoga journey in 2013 as a way to find peace, balance, and self compassion. Her practice enriches her life and fuels her passion and knowledge for anatomy and movement.

She completed her yoga teacher training at Bella Vita and is a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. As a LMBT, she is also very knowledgeable of the human body in regards to anatomy, physiology and kinetics.


Natalie’s classes are empathetic and intuitive of the needs of the student. Her teachings focus on proper anatomical alignment, integration of breath and movement, and reconnecting to ones true self. Natalie believes yoga is for every body, and is honored to help guide others on their own yoga journeys.
